Product Description

On an isolated hilltop in Muskingum County, Ohio, ten statues stood for over a century, eventually hidden and forgotten as the woods grew up around them. Presidents Washington, Lincoln, Grant, Garfield, McKinley, Harding and Theodore Roosevelt shared the hill with Civil War Generals McPherson and Sherman, and a WWI Doughboy. These are the sculptures of Brice Baughman, an undertaker and self-taught stone carver. This is the story of Baughman Park and the vision of an extraordinary man. Contains over 100 photographs & illustrations.
